Personal Training Pricing Structure

There are two types of contracts available; Memberships provide a rolling contract with one months notice for cancellation, Packages are purchased per month with no committment for a rolling conract but have a 15% price increase. Group contracts can be for a maximum of four people.

With all contracts the prices listed are per month and include the stated number of training sessions and your access to your individual log in to the Personal Training site. Here you can book sessions, message me, access your personalised workout programs, nutrition advice and track your progress.
