I have always had an interest in health and fitness, regularly attending the gym and being conscious about what I ate.  I got to the point where I was going through the motions and got a little disheartened.  I spoke to Sean about my fitness goals and where I wanted to be.  His knowledge and patience was really encouraging and I felt he genuinely wanted to see results for me.

I started regular 1-2-1 sessions with Sean, which was supplemented by a programme to follow in my own time that he also provided.  He also gave nutritional advice and was always happy to answer any questions.  

I always felt Sean went above and beyond, giving me the help and support I needed.  Without Sean's expertise and professionalism I wouldn't be where I am in terms of my level of fitness.  I feel so much more confident both generally speaking and with my physique.  I wouldn't think twice about recommending his service and would encourage anybody to get involved.
