I initially started personal training sessions with Sean as a complete fitness beginner, with the aim of losing weight and improving my fitness level. The gym was a pretty scary prospect for me and I was completely unfamiliar with everything fitness related.

With Sean's help and guidance, through the first few months training I lost over two stone in weight and completely changed my body shape, dropping over two dress sizes and most importantly for me, began to thoroughly enjoy exercise for the first time ever. I initially continued with Sean for around 8 months and his support was absolutely invaluable to me. I found a real passion for exercise, particularly lifting weights, something that would never have happened if I had tried to train on my own.

Over the last couple of years, I have periodically returned for personal training sessions when I needed a boost in motivation or some help with a training programme. Most recently, after a period of illness and drop in my fitness level, Sean has really helped motivate me again. I am thoroughly enjoying both Personal Training and my own sessions and feel fitter and stronger than ever. Exercise has become a huge part of my life, and has done a lot for me not only in regards to the physical changes but in other areas of my life also. My strength and fitness levels continue to improve each week and I know I would not have done any of the above without Sean.
