I was really struggling with my fitness and eating habits and seemed to be getting nowhere. I had been on a slimming plan which had totally ruined my diet so I decided that for me to get some routine and sort my eating issues then I needed serious help.
I first met Sean at the gym and knew that he was a personal trainer so I approached him which was a big deal initially for me due to lack of confidence.
Sean was lovely and really easy to talk to. He understood exactly what I was struggling with just from our conversation.
Sean gave me a structured eating plan and exercise workouts which I could easily fit in with my busy lifestyle. I really liked Sean's way of working he adapted everything to suit my fitness level, his attention to my needs were faultless, if I needed him he was always available for me and still is today.
It was hard in the beginning but his training allowed me to get fit and lose weight which I could see straight from the start of our PT sessions.
I really enjoyed my sessions with Sean, they were really positive and progressive.
The progress I have made losing 2 stone and a lot fitter has made me feel happier and more confident than I have been for years. I will be taking up more sessions with him shortly so I can review my plans and goals.
I recommended Sean to my son who needed help get fit for his RAF assessment which he is about to embark on, he has also made great progress and is ready to apply.
