I had been a member of the gym for quite sometime, which I visited very infrequently. My 40th birthday was looming, so I decided to seek the help of a personal trainer. This was the best decision I could have made and wished I had only made it sooner.
Sean made me feel really relaxed and not at all self- conscious, which were my biggest fears on how I would feel at the start. He knew what he was talking about and was excellent at devising workouts to suit my needs. The training sessions were really tough but enjoyable and varied, which kept me motivated.
Being the kind of person that needed the motivation to turn up to workout, personal training sessions were exactly the right way to go. I’m more than okay at letting myself down, but go out of my way to not let others down. So this was an excellent way of making sure I attended the gym.
What I liked most about Sean was his ability to know how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
